I can't imagine going through the type of embarrassment and humiliation this young man experienced, but given my early experiences with cross dressing, it wouldn't have been outside the realm of possibility.
The picture captures an era way before my time, and the two giggle girls look to be about the same age as my sisters were when their baby brother developed an interest in their panties and bras. Mom never really confronted me this way, though one of my sisters actually caught me in the act once (read about it here). A long conversation ensued and I don't believe she ever told my mom.
The scene above makes for good fantasy. Mom's plan to teach the boy a lesson might be just what he wanted, despite his sisters relishing in his "misery." There isn't as great an age difference between him and his sisters as there was with me and mine. Perhaps that's why the sister that actually caught me showed a little more compassion.
