Bedtime in Babydolls

I brought a couple of nighties on this week's short trip, both of them babydolls.  I find babydolls to be the most feminine of sleepwear and I've had a love affair with them as long as I can remember.  Over the years the styles of babydoll pajamas have changed and I long for those from the 50's and 60's!

Sunday Sissy Musings

Times have changed.  Yes yoga pants can be very feminine and flattering, but there's something about hearing an authoritative figure tell you to "Ditch the yoga pants and...."

Sure that's a lovely lingerie ensemble, but I adore that pretty bow in her hair.  You?

Sissy confession:  my Mom had one of these portable hair dryers when i was real young.  Later, when it had been cast aside and sat in the attic, I'd "play" with it when no one was home.  Hers was in pink.  I loved it.  Anyone else remember these?

Took this babydoll with me on a short vacation we took in the Finger Lakes region in New York.  They had a pair of matching panties that had two pretty ruffles across the bottom.  I wore it one night in a hotel on the shores of Seneca Lake and the panties came off when D wanted to make love to me with Her strap-on.  The next night when we stayed in another hotel further north, I couldn't find the panties.  Had to have left them in the hotel.  Wonder what the housekeepers thought?  Thank goodness we didn't leave the strap-on.

Naughty Nights - Choose your Favorite Nightie

Several of you asked for it both here on the blog and privately.  My inbox wasn't overflowing, but there was definitely enough interest to throw in a "Nightie Poll" once and awhile instead of a weekly dose of Panty Polls.  

But first let's give credit to last week's "Simple Sissiness" poll winner...

I had feeling this one would win.  I also felt bad for panty #2 which didn't get any votes at all.  I'm feeling so sorry for the panty that I'm going to wear it tomorrow!

 

This being the first "Nightie of the Week" poll, I thought I'd start with my favorite style of all...the babydoll pajama.  Just the name makes me tingle all over; more in some places than others but definitely all over.

Here's our first candidate - All pink, some lace, ruffles, ribbons and a pretty bow.  The panty?  It's left to your imagination.

Have you ever felt like "re-gifting" yourself?  If so, you could do a lot worse that dressing up in this cute little number for that special person in your life.

Something for Everyone

I love babydoll pajamas.  Call them my regular "nighty of choice", though I don't always have a say on what I'm going to wear to bed!

Twice the Femininity

Those of us who have a sissy friend to share our femininity with are soooo fortunate.

Our "things" don't always match perfectly but it's not like we're "twin" sisters or anything...

Sissy Dreams

Though my research isn't exactly scientifically sound and my data set isn't statistically reliable I have strong evidence that suggests that the prettier and more feminine the nighty is you wear to bed, the more likely you are to have sexy sissy dreams.

Just as an example, this pink and pretty babydoll that features a very prominent sissy bow and big bold polka dots would almost guarantee such a dream for me.

Several other sissy gurlfriends of mine have the same theory.

Anyone think otherwise?

Frilly Friday - The Babydoll Edition

My fondness for babydolls knows no bounds.  I'm always on the lookout for pictures of pretty babydolls that span decades and decades of feminine fashions.  Fortunately I have a gurlfriend on Tumblr who knows just how much I love them and shares babydoll pajama photos she thinks I'll like.  Well, I love everything she sends my way.
