At FemDom Enterprises (FDE) Inc. most all the secretaries were men. The
company didn't subscribe to the politically correct term of
"administrative assistants" at all. Those in secretarial positions were
referred to in the proper manner. The only exception was the "Administrative Assistant to the CEO", Sheila Raddison.
Job satisfaction among the secretaries was quite high. Salaries were
commensurate but there were other benefits that made the positions (and
their occupants) quite attractive.
FDE secretaries received a very generous clothing allowance because of
the dress code for secretaries. In addition, the "gurls" got free hair
styling at one of the beauty salons the company owned. There were other
more personal perks for many of the secretaries depending on the needs
and wants of their female bosses.
Oh, and the position came with a free subscription to the ever-so-helpful "Sissy Secretary" magazine.
